The Integrative Medicine for Mental Health (IMMH) is a group of dedicated researchers and clinicians offering individuals with mental health challenges different treatment options. Currently, treatment for mental health disorders are focused on pharmaceutical therapy, many with undesirable side effects. Not everyone responds well to drug treatments and many people prefer to explore the avenue of natural and complementary therapy. IMMH provides patients, as well clinicians working in the field of mental health educational information about the myriad of complementary approaches to mental health challenges.
